WHICH COURIER SERVICE?
We use Ninjavan as our strategic logistic partner.

WHEN WE WILL SEND YOUR ORDER?
For online orders, we will ship out the parcel within 24 hours (working days Mon-Sat).

WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PARCEL?
Shipped items are expected to reached you between 2-7 working days.
Delivery time depends on customers location.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEES?
Free shipping for orders above RM100 (semenanjung).
Sabah, Sarawak and WP Labuan shipping fee is RM20 per order.

HOW TO TRACE?
Once the item has been shipped out, customer will receive tracking number through whatsapp.
Customers are responsible to track their parcel by using the tracking no. from the respective courier websites.

WHT IF I HAVE PROBLEM DURING DELIVERY PROCESS?
We are responsible to make sure the items are 100% in good condition and parcel before we send out.
However when we send out through the courier company there is some possibilities if problem happens during the process and this is out of our control.
BUT we will assist you to make sure the courier company take the responsibility to make sure the items reach you in good conditions.

Here is some precautions you have to know in case we need to claim from courier company:
1. PLEASE DO NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL IF THE PACKAGING IS TEAR / BROKEN / BOX IS OPENED.
If you received those items in that conditions, courier company will not take responsibility if we report missing items.

2. In case u have received the items, please keep the original packaging. Do not throw away the packaging (even though its torn). This is the proof!
Please snap picture of the parcel and whatsapp to us, you can find the number on the website footer.
If those case happens, both parties are responsible to claim reimbursement from the courier company. We will assist along the process.
We needs your cooperation to provide the details needed by the courier company.
